Get All Users
Returns users in batches (max 500 per batch).

- Customer-Key
- Integer — your account customer key
- Timestamp
- Milliseconds since epoch (e.g. Date.now())
- Authorization
- SHA-512 of customerKey + timestamp + apiKey
